the staff's attention to detail was exceptional, from the suite on the ground floor to the thoughtful birthday surprise for my fiancee. the evening reception with complimentary beer, wine, and soft drinks, along with the delicious buffet-style breakfast, made our stay truly memorable. the hotel's consideration with disabilities, pet-friendly amenities, and designated smoking areas further enhanced our experience. the convenient location near the 101 and nearby amenities made it the perfect halfway stop for our trips to San Francisco and Oakland.
